Shipping & Delivery

We process the shipping of your items as soon as you place the order. In general, you will receive your item within the chosen shipping time frame (7 business days/ Minimum 10 business days). If we expect a longer lead time (In case of not fulfilled by SSDWALA product), it will be noted on the item description page. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us with your questions.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive the confirmation email for your order in your Inbox folder, try locating it in your Spam folder (If it is in the Spam, please mark “ Not as Spam” to receive the emails directly into your Inbox). It is essential for you to acquire the order confirmation mail because if you do not receive the order confirmation email, you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

Important notes

  • SSDWALA.COM charges a nominal shipping fee levied as per the weight of the product(s) and shipping zone of delivery. We process standard shipping charges for most addresses.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Service is not available right now.
  • SSDWALA.COM is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  • We do not ship outside India at the moment. However, we are working on starting international delivery as soon as possible, so stay tuned!
  • If any promotional or exclusive shipping is applicable on a specific product, on any occasion, or for a particular zone of the country, then you must refer to the terms of that respective offer too.
  • If the shipment arrived at your provided address and there is no response from your end, then your shipment will be returned back to its origin. In this case, we will only refund you the product cost. Shipping charges will be non-refundable.
  • After receiving the shipment, if you find any product is missing, you will have to inform us within 3 days of delivery. In case you do not receive your order within 60 days from the purchase date, you must contact us immediately. We might not accept the concern if received beyond this timeframe.
  • In rare cases, a shipment can be stuck for any reason and may need a declaration or additional documents from your side. If you fail to provide the requested declaration or additional documents, we will not be able to offer any refund from our side. 
  • If the shipment is returned back to the origin due to incomplete documents, we might be able to refund you the product cost only.

Refused Delivery: In this case, SSDWALA will try to return the shipment back to the origin, and return shipping cost will be deducted from your Product cost. So your refund amount will be Product cost – Return cost = Refund amount. This amount will be refunded to you as soon as the shipment will be returned back to the seller. In case, if the product is not returnable to the origin then, in that case, we will not offer any refund to you. 

Product Packaging

We pack our products in boxes covered in a plastic layer. Each product is packed in bubble wrap. Moreover, the fragile ones are secured with additional bubble wrap. 

All items are packed accurately with only the best quality materials such that they are able to withstand any unfortunate challenges.

Not fulfilled by SSDWALA Products

Not fulfilled by SSDWALA products can take a minimum of 10 days (up to 40 days) to deliver. We might cancel such product(s) from the order and refund you if any issue arises with the delivery of such products. We will speed up the process of such products as soon as we receive them from the sellers to our warehouses.

Remember: In case any product from the order gets canceled due to any reason such as out of stock, restrictions, etc., then we have the right to process the remaining products of the order.

Cancellation guidelines

Order cancellation option is available in your SSDWALA account for half an hour from the time of purchase if you no longer wish to receive it.

Note: After half an hour, the “Cancel order” option will be terminated.

In the event that you want to cancel your order for any reason, the following conditions will be applicable:

  • If the order/product has been processed by the seller but not yet shipped, no charges will be applicable.
  • If the order/product has been processed and shipped by the seller to our warehouse destination, then partial shipping charges will be deducted from the total order amount. For knowing the exact deduction amount, you can contact our customer support team.
  • If the order has been dispatched for you, you will be covered under our Return and Refund policy.

In rare cases, the delivery may take longer due to following reasons: 

  •  Bad weather
  •  Flight delays
  •  National holidays or Festivals
  •  Customs clearance procedures
  •  Other unforeseen circumstances
