Return Policy

You agree and confirm to the following:-

In the improbable event that a product you have purchased is delivered damaged or inaccurate, we allow you to return the product. However, the return is product-specific. So, you need to confirm from our website if the product you purchase is returnable or not. You can also send an email to [email protected] in order to confirm the same. Moreover, a restocking fee of 20% is charged on the return of a product.

To be eligible for getting a refund, you must return the product to SSDWALA in a reasonable and unused condition. Further, while returning, the respective item must be in the original packaging along with the sent accessories or free gifts within seven days from the day it got delivered to you.

The following categories are not subjected to return:

  1. Once the product is used  it will be non returnable as per our return policy.
  2. Products that do not remain in the same condition and packaging as you received them.
  3. If product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any
  4. Products that get tampered with or have lost serial numbers after you receive them
  5. Products that have lost labels or accessories after receiving
  6. The delivered products are the same as you ordered.
  7. Products that have been employed or installed by you are also non-returnable. 
  8. We are not responsible for any damage during installation.
  9. You must contact the manufacturer if the product does not work after installation. 

Important Notes:

  • You may be requested to share pictures or a video with the order number for the products you receive and claim damaged or inaccurate. In such a case, we will provide you with the link on which you need to upload the respective pictures or videos. 
  • Please notify us of the receipt of damaged/defective product(s) within maximum 7 Days of  delivery or you can place a cancellation request once we receive your request, we will verify the product details at the end and once the verification is done. We will notify you via email after that our delivery agent will receive the product from your end.
  • Kindly ensure that all items you return are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • You must ensure to make an opening video of the received products in order to acquire an appropriate refund if required.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you stating that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified if your refund will be approved or rejected for the return.

In case your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The credit will automatically be sent to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Keep moving to the next step until your issue is addressed –

Step 1: If you do not receive a refund within a certain amount of days, you first check and confirm with your bank account again. 

Step 2: It may take some time before your refund gets officially posted. So, you can contact your credit card company to confirm if you have received the refund or not. 

Step 3: Often, the refund is not officially posted due to the processing time. You can contact your bank to confirm the same.  

Step 4: If none of the above steps confirm that you have received your refund yet, please contact us directly at [email protected] with your query.

Sale Items:

If you purchase the items which are part of any sale/offer, their return cannot be refunded unless they have any physical damage or missing parts.

  • While returning the received product, all the accessories that come along with it also must be returned in the same condition as you receive them.
  • If a rare product is specially ordered for a customer, the product may have to be ordered on a no-return/ refund basis. This, of course, will be informed to the customer at the time of the purchase on the Website.
